"Demo has expired" error?

Post by DirtyT on Wed Nov 24, 2010 11:43 am

Hello from Afghanistan! I have been following the forum for about a week now because I ordered a Maylong M-150. Walgreens doesn't ship over here, so I had it sent to my wife so she could mail it to me. She opened it and turned it on the make sure it worked before sending it, but she said when she turned it on there was an error that said "Demo has expired."

Anybody know how to fix this? I downloaded a couple of the ROMs to install when it gets here. Should I just have her send it and boot up with the ROM on a microSD card? Or do you think it is broken? Is it possible that draining the battery, charging, and rebooting may reset it and fix it?

Please let me know your thoughts.

Thanks in advance

Travis

Nevermind. They told her to send it back, there was no way to fix it, and they will send a new on on Monday.
