[Solution] NAS map network drive doesn't work after changing password

Nas file explorer or network drive not working after changing your Nas password.

I've had this problem specifically for my QNAP TS-509 Pro. The solution i found was this.


The problem might be caused by the reason below:

This is a limitation of Windows. If you already login to your Nas from the PC, you cannot login to the Nas with another user name from the same PC unless you logout. To solve this problem, please run Command Prompt in Windows and input the command [net use]. Check if there is connection to your Nas. If yes, input the command [net use xx.xx.xx.xxss /d] (xx.xx.xx.xx=Turbo Station IP address, ss=share name).
