Post by tipstir on Sat Nov 13, 2010 11:57 pm

Root.exe (installer)
Run one of the apk inside and choose the Android 1.6 and see what happens. Let me if it works or not? There is another method though. I trying to work on easy way to get Market running.

Hint what's the name of your device? Very easy blank blank-blank The box was giveaway.

You should be able to push the market, gmail to your device but it has to work first.
Use all rooted apps on your device. Change the CPU speed clean that chuck full of junk in your cache.
Stuff like that..

Because of the files included would allow you to do a instant root, if it got into the wrong hands well anyway. I'll have to try a different approach. I've encrypted file like this before though never had this happen.

rooted ROM

YOu can use the ROM posted on another thread that does root the device. Again try at your own risk. Worked for me. Still hoping for Tipstir to optimize this ROM more.

Thanks for the quick reply. I'm downloading now and will attempt an install. If I understand correctly, if this installs then the M-150 will be rooted. Does this mean I can install another build like Tipster's latest beta or do i need to wait fot this build to be tweaked?
