Upgrading An Augen Gentouch78

So, my augen gentouch78 won't reboot.

I've tried reseting it, and it just stays on the boot up screen forever.

I've downloaded the upgrade file, and put it onto an sdcard.

Insert the sd card and go through the reboot/upgrade process...

Then I get the message '



--Install from sdcard...
Finding update package...
Opening update package...
Verifying update package...
E:Verification failed
Installation aborted.



Any info or suggestions would be greatly appreciated please,

im sorry i have no advice for you, i am just here trying to get this bloody thing to be recognized by my computer!! no drivers? no support? worst device known to man.
