Hi tipstir! firs kindly thanks for ur great job! the ROM that u released on 4.20.11 is very beautiful and so speedy on my fake Apad MID 710 !! but I have some problems:
1) The device is silent and I hear no sound while the volume is maximum!

2) The touchscreen dont work! ( I used a mouse to go to settings and calibrate the touchscreen but the touchscreen did not response at all, I had to use mouse to mention center of +, but it said: Calibrate failed!

3) My WiFi could not start!!!

First off, you have Apad MID 710 this ROM doesn't support your tablet hardware. This ROM is only for Maylong M-150 A10, A11, A12 and Flytouch1 ePad made by GOME. The Maylong is also made by GOME.

Tipstir please forgive me for wrong information! in fact I bought a noname tablet (fake), but when I searched your site I found it is Flytouch 1 GOME! with green LED! I downloaded and installed the HoneyComb 27.3.11 for WMT2.1_88 and works fine! but when I installed the ROM WMT_2.1_101 I found many bugs! now I have 2 questions:

1) Can u cook a ROM of Android 2.0+ for this tablet? is it possible?? if no whats the minimum requirements?
2) Please help me installing the ROM WMT2.1_101 on my tablet!

No this is for Android OS 1.6, there is Android OS 2.1 version but it's for COBY KYROS 7015/7015A only!

yes u right! but why when I installed this ROM I had these problems:

I installed wrong version of ROM on my device? ( as u said this ROM is for Flytouch 1! )

Flytouch 1 with Android OS 1.6 Build WMT2.1_105, WMT8505+ MPU/CPU if your having then the ROM is not compatible with your tablet.

Tipstir, Thank You, Thank You. I thought the Maylong 150 was a dead issue until I found your site. I Flashed or Rooted the device with the 4.20.11 update. I have noticed that it boots faster, and runs so much cooler. The battery has about 45 min. with WiFi enabled. 15 min before that. I realize that that is the nature of the beast. Now I have two browsers and to WiFi setup icons. I have used the older ones for the time being. The major problem that I have is when I hibernate the device and try to come out, the screen does a flash of the main window and then a blank screen. I have to start over. Never happened before with the old system. Is that supposed to be? If there is a tweak for hibernate then let me know. I am new to the Android system, so be patient with me. My kindest regards to you and your team. jimmy42

Tipstir, Thank You, I have been away for a few days. I booted up my Maylong 150 and browsed a little, read some email. Instead of shutting it down I hibernated the device. That was on the 5/13/2011. When I awoke the Maylong there was no blank screen. It was the Home page as I left it. I have since put the Maylong into hibernation 5 times since Friday evening. I just Woke it up on Saturday the 14, it was where I left off reading Yahoo. What ever happened, everything is OK NOW. I did not have to implement the Wake Lock Bug. If it changes I will notify you.
