Today what you see not bad to do, prior it was really awful thick yellow coating, when you get that you need 3M 1,500 grit wet and dry sand paper.
Dip that into a bucket of hot soapy water like Lemon Joy and rub that into the lens until the stuff comes off the coating. Gets messy. Then once
that is done you use 3M 2,000 grit wet and dry sand paper to smooth it out still use a bucket of hot soapy water with Lemon Joy or Ajax Lemon.
Run that in until it really smooth. Then you hose it off with water until the white stuff is off the lens. There is stuff on the market that can keep
the lens looking like new but to me it doesn't last too long. There is 3M professional stuff too.

I use the same stuff the New Car Dealer uses to keep those car looking shiny. It's 3M Product. I use 3M to remove the haze then 3M Produce to protect it.
