Singapore Vendor stuck me with a power supply that not for this ePad

Post by tipstir on Thu Dec 23, 2010 9:01 pm

Taken over month since the order gone in. They collect the funds and sit on the deal for 20 days. Before I had complained to PayPal. I know they come here and check on this site as I see links on their site for here. Shame on them. Don't check the item out prior to sending it to customers. I had tried to cancelled the deal on the first of this month but they didn't accept it I didn't even have the item. They didn't even have what I wanted.

Trying to be funny and send me something I can't charge. I know sending it back going to be more trouble than it worth. So I've pop open the case and try to fix the issue myself.

While in there I see the MPU is WM8505+ it does have the full chipset.

As you can see above..

Below is the full internal layout.. This boxed read MID only on the box, and it's missing the stylus pen.

Of course working on this has pushed other projects off my tablet

This above is WMT2.1.0_88 ROM not mine but the OEM has some interesting stuff lets take a closer look..

Some sort of card game in asian and there is that linux bird again in asian and the M should be Wonder Media Techology (WMT) hint, hint. I don't know what the P is. Yes that's the glass touch screen so if you drop yours and that cracks well it's history for you and your tablet!
